We all know, theoretically, that to have a great glowing skin we need to hydrate and eat healthy food, quite simple, but is this enough?
From my experience there are two important parts in skin care, first is the inner order, whenwe take care of what we eat and drink, and the second one is when we give the proper attention to the exterior. The part with eating and drinking health is quite simple, but we are sufficiently sensitive to the outside as we should?
The first and most important step in taking care of your skin is to find what type of skin you have, here’s how you can find that:
- Wash thoroughly your face and wipe with a clean towel- don’t moisturize- stay like this for about an hour;
-you’ll need 4 clean napkins, take one of them and press it for a few seconds on your forehead, nose, chin and cheeks.
If on none of these napkins there are no grease spots, but your face looks shiny, this means you have a normal skin.
If on none of these napkins there are no grease spots, but your face seems dry, than you have a dry skin.
If on all of these napkins there are grease spots and your face is shiny, than you have a greasy skin.
If on those napkins applied on T zone there are greasy spots and on the one applied on your cheeks there are not, this means you have a mixt skin.
Now that you find what type of skin have got, you can choose the care products that are suitable for you.
Cleansing and washing the face seems to be the easiest thing possible, but many problems can start here if we don’t treat this seriously.
We tend to wash our face with strong products and too often, we believe that clear our skin in this way we make them better. On the contrary we do nothing but to eliminate that natural oil (the sebum) that skin produce to protect us from the bacteria, in time eliminating this benefic oil we get blackheads or all kinds of eczema .
Sometimes we tend to rarely wash, or worst, sleeping with the make-up on, thinking that will help our skin protecting from those washing and clear skin products. It’s worst doing that than washing too often, the skin need to breathe and this cannot be done when all the pores are loaded with dirt and make-up we wear during the day..
The whole idea of clear skin and washing the face is to grand some time to remove first your make-up and then wash firmly your face with soft products that are made especial for your type of skin, massaging gentle all the face area for about 2-3 min.
The water temperature has an important role in taking care of the skin, and it is not recommended to wash the face with very cold water because in time that thing making the skin to be dry, but not too hot because that lead to skin aging, temperature should be right.
The drying process is done by dabbing not by friction, with a clean towel.
Applying the cream is best done right after drying, for if you wait too long, the pores are closing and like this it won’t make a good effect, it will stay on the surface.
