Many women, from celebrities to normal women, even those skinny models are attacked by cellulite. I know it is easier to prevent than to treat, but what about when it is there already? To ignore it? No, we can’t do this, when it is so “nice” and shows unwelcomed on our thigh, our abdomen or on our buttocks, in our turn we can be polite inviting it for a coffee!
The coffee, because it is the #1 natural destroyer of cellulite, not only is good drinking in the morning, it could help us in this battle. Besides the nice aroma the coffee contains antioxidants that scare away the cellulite, so think again before inviting it.
I
make you a proposal, to change your bathroom in a spa, using a nice scrub, that
besides it smells good it will leave your skin soft and will help us get rid of
the cellulite, if used regularly, at least 2 times per week.
You’ll
need:
-a
clean jar
-coffee
grounds
-extra virgin olive
oil
-sugar
-
a recipient for mixing ingredients.
STEP 1
Put
the sugar over the coffee for an extra abrasive scrub
STEP 2
After
mixing the coffee with the sugar put over those some extra virgin olive oil and
mix again. Then put the scrub into a waterproof jar and use it in 3-4 days.
Now is time to enjoy this amazing scrub!
