THE HANDBAG

 

There is no mystery I am attracted to bags in various colors and special shapes, it’s not often that  I get out without a bag. But if I listen to what the designer Nathalie Hambro had to say in her book The Art of Handbags, I definitely have a problem. She is convinced that us, the women, carry in our bags our neurosis and fill them up with objects, in order to hide our own uncertainty, urging us to give them up to free ourselves from all this. Honestly I don’t want to get rid neither of the bags, nor the neurosis so today I chose to wear an oversized bag from Luca Bags in order to carry all my stuff (neurosis) I need during the day.

I like this Luca Bags because they are handcrafted from fine leather and being unique, you don’t have the surprise of seeing somebody else with the same bag.

Nu cred că mai este un mister faptul că sunt atrasă de genți  în culori și forme cât mai deosebite și că rar se întâmplă să ies fără geantă. Dar dacă m-aș lua după spusele designerului Nathalie Hambro, autoarea cărții The Art of Handbags sigur am o problemă...Aceasta este convinsă de faptul că noi, femeile, cărăm în genți propriile nevroze și că le îndesăm cu obiecte pentru a ne masca propria nesiguranță, îndemnându-ne să renunțăm la ele pentru a ne elibera de toate acestea. Sincer nu vreau să mă eliberez nici de genți, nici de “nevroze” ,așa că astăzi am ales să port o geantă supradimensionată de la Luca Bags pentru a-mi putea căra toate lucrurile (nevrozele) de care am nevoie pe parcursul zilei.
Îmi plac aceste genți de la Luca Bags pentru că sunt lucrate manual dintr-o piele foarte fină și sunt unicat, neexistand șansa de a mai vedea la altcineva. Vă invit pe pagina lor de facebook aici!
